Nutrition Facts Summary for Danablu Cheese
Due to its high fat and low carbohydrate contents, Danablu is a great cheese for people following a ketogenic diet. Moreover, like most other blue cheeses, Danablu has very low levels of lactose. As a result, most lactose intolerant cheese lovers tend to be able to digest this Scandinavian blue cheese comfortably.
However, because Danablu contains Penicillium roqueforti blue mould, most health authorities around the world do not recommend its consumption during pregnancy.
