All our Australian Market Bags and T-Shirts ship with Regular Australia Post and will arrive to you in 3-10 business days. Shipping is on us.
A tracking number will be emailed to you once dispatched.
Returns Policy
We’ve carefully hand-picked the highest quality products for our store and we hope that you love them as much as we do.
However, if you are not satisfied with your order, we want to know about it and we want to help you.
Contact us within 21 days¹ to get an exchange, some swanky store credit or make other arrangements.
We also do our best to make sure your product arrives beautifully but sometimes sh*t happens.
If your item arrives damaged, let us know within 21 days and we will replace it free of charge.
How to return an item
- Go to our Contact page
- Enter your name & email because we need to email you back
- Add your order number and item to the subject
- Tell us why you’re returning in the message
- We’ll send you a return confirmation email and paid shipping label if needed
- We are strong believers of sustainability. Please keep the outside packaging your order came in and return it in that.
- Stick the shipping label on tightly and pop it in your nearest AusPost box.
We’ll let you know once we’ve received the item and take it from there.
As soon as it passes inspection you’ll receive a credit to your store account.
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused – with all original tags attached.
Please note that exchanges or refunds will not be offered for goods either marked as clearance or reduced to clear.
¹We have an extended returns policy for change of mind during the holiday season. If you purchase an item as a gift for Christmas between November 15th – December 24th and that ungrateful person doesn’t want it, you have until January 15th to return it.
