Sabine & Jonah founded The Cheese Wanker in 2020. Let’s learn a little bit more about their stories.
Sabine Lefèvre
About
Sabine is the creative force behind The Cheese Wanker. She has a background in science but her true passion is art design.
She is also an Earth Warrior and drives our brand’s quest for sustainability, transparency and fairness.
Sabine actually handpicked all of our production partners with those values in mind.
What Sabine does
Sabine looks after everything aesthetic for our brand. She has designed all the products on our shop and the entire website you find yourself on.
And, if you wander over to our Youtube channel, you will hear her voice in most of our educational videos.
Fun fact
Sabine is actually lactose intolerant and had given up on cheese until she met Jonah. Jonah opened her eyes to a whole new world of artisanal cheese and she has not looked back since.

Jonah Kincaid
About
Jonah is Mr Cheese Wanker in every sense of the term.
Coming from a Francophone background, he was exposed to artisanal cheese from a very young age.
Since moving to Melbourne, he has truly embraced the entire hipster lifestyle.
What Jonah does
Jonah is our chief content creator and copywriter. If you ever see an opinion piece on our socials, that’s Jonah voicing his views with gusto.
Speaking of his voice, Jonah also does the voice-over for all of our cheese pronunciation videos on social media.
Fun fact
Jonah is actually a pharmacist by profession. He decided to follow his true passion in 2020 when he co-founded The Cheese Wanker with Sabine.
His motivation is that the world needs to know the truth about cheese.
